The congress fee includes admission to all lectures and workshops, as well as non-alcoholic drinks and snacks during the breaks.
All cancellation requests must be made in writing by sending a message to the conference secretariat.
A refund of 95% will be granted if the cancellation request is received at least 30 days (or more) prior to the meeting.
No refunds will be granted if the request is received with fewer than 30 days prior to the meeting.
If the congress is cancelled by ESCD, registrants can expect a full refund (100%) for the participation fee.
If you register as a student, resident, nurse, lab technician or nursing assistant, then you are requested to upload a proof of status. Please read the requirements below. The proof should be sent directly after registration.
The proof of status must be written in English; The proof of status must be issued on official hospital or university letterhead;
The date of the proof of status must not be older than 3 months from the date of registration;
The status must be valid during the conference in September 2024;
The proof of status must clearly state your position within the institution, practice, etc.;
The proof of status must display the applicant’s full name and date of birth;
The proof of status must state the beginning and the end of the residency or PhD (for Residents and PhD students);
The proof of status must be signed by hand (no electronic signature) by the head of department (hospital or academic institution) confirming the status of the applicant;
The proof of status must include the following details about the head of department: full name, department, email address and telephone number.
