Dear members, dear colleagues,

We are excited to welcome you to the 16th Congress of the European Society of Contact Dermatitis (ESCD) from 4 – 7 September 2024 in Dresden.The scientific program covers a broad range of topics in the field, including the latest advances in basic and translational research, updates on diagnostic and prevention of contact dermatitis, allergic and inflammatory skin diseases, current and emerging therapies, and presentations on the latest clinical studies and their implications for patient care.

Experts in the field will present topics of broad relevance in 15 Plenary sessions. 18 further sessions will provide comprehensive knowledge in specific fields of irritant and allergic contact dermatitis as well as inflammatory diseases.

The ESCD Congress is a platform for young researcher. They will present their latest data alongside with renowned experts in Focus sessions, Free communication sessions and in a dedicated Young researcher session.

The ESCD congress will provide a platform for delegates and industry to network with leading experts in the field, to participate in different session formats, such as plenaries, focus sessions, educational sessions and poster presentations, and to deepen the understanding of the latest research and practices in the field.

The ESCD Congress will be hosted at the “DGUV Congress” a modern Congress Center, which provides excellent conference facilities. It is located near Dresden International Airport and next to Dresdner Heide. It is easy to access by public transport. 

Beyond the 16. Congress of the ESCD, Dresden is a beautiful city rich in art treasures, history and legend, seemingly created just to give you exceptional experiences.
